Our club does not distribute your contact information to anyone, for any reason, unless you specifically give us permission to do so. Period.
We occasionally send out club announcements and newsletters to our members and other interested parties. These general communications are always sent bcc to shield your email address from everyone else. If you're receiving these and don't want them, just send us an email indicating such and they'll stop.
If you stop coming to club meetings, you will continue to receive club announcements and newsletters for six months if you've attended only one meeting, or one year if you've attended more than one. After that point they will stop automatically unless you indicate otherwise.
Pictures of some our members are available on this site. If you don't want your picture published, just say so and it won't be. We'll assume you don't want your picture published on our site if you're no longer receiving club announcements and newsletters, whether by your request or by the automatic means described above.
